In this context, in accordance with the disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about our use of cookies.
This Privacy Notice provides information about the purposes for which cookies are used in the Peraxion mobile application and/or web platform developed by PeraPole, the types of cookies used, and how you can manage these cookies.
1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?
Cookies are small text files, usually consisting of letters and numbers, placed on your device by the websites you visit via your browser. Thanks to cookies, user preferences can be remembered, sessions can be managed, and the user experience can be improved.

- Targeting and Advertising Cookies: These may be used to serve advertisements tailored to user preferences and interests. These cookies are often placed by third parties.
2.2. Cookies by Duration
- Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that are deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent Cookies: These are cookies that remain on the device for a specific period.
2.3. Cookies by Party
- First-Party Cookies: Placed directly by PeraPole/Peraxion.
- Third-Party Cookies: Placed by suppliers or business partners who provide services on behalf of PeraPole.
3. PURPOSES OF USE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COOKIES
Your personal data collected through cookies by Peraxion are processed based on the legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Being necessary for the performance of a contract,
- The legitimate interest of the company,
- Compliance with a legal obligation,
- And your explicit consent.
In this context, our purposes for using cookies are:
- To ensure the operation of the platform,
- To increase the quality of service,
- To improve the user experience,
- To provide targeted advertising content,
- To perform traffic and visit analysis.
4. TRANSFER OF COOKIES TO THIRD-PARTY PERSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS
The collected data may be shared, limited to the purposes stated above, in cases of fulfilling legal obligations, protecting legitimate interests, or with explicit consent, with:

Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and relevant regulations.
5. HOW CAN YOU CONTROL COOKIES?

- Browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.),
- External resources such as www.youronlinechoices.eu.
It is not possible to disable strictly necessary cookies; in this case, some functions of the platform may not work correctly.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
For the security of your personal data collected via cookies by PeraPole, the following are used:
- SSL encryption,
- Recording of access logs,
- Authorization controls,
- Penetration testing and data loss prevention software.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether they are used in line with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home/abroad, -
- To request the correction of incomplete/incorrectly processed data,
- To request their deletion/destruction,
- To object to results arising from automated analysis,
- To demand compensation for damages in case of loss.
