PeraPole Yazılım ve Bilişim Tek. San. Tic. A.Ş. – Privacy Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data within the Scope of the Peraxion Application
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), your personal data may be processed by PeraPole Yazılım ve Bilişim Tek. San. Tic. A.Ş. ("Company") as the data controller, through the Peraxion mobile application and/or related support channels, within the scope described below.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data;
Your collected personal data may be processed within the scope of services such as the support (solution) center provided by our Company under the Peraxion application, for the purposes stated below and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law:
Based on the legal ground that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject;
- Providing support services to Peraxion users,
- Managing Peraxion user and customer relationships,
- Planning and executing customer and/or supplier satisfaction and corporate communication activities,
- Updating Peraxion user and customer information,
- Following up and conducting legal affairs,
- Carrying out audit and ethical activities.

Based on the legal ground that it is explicitly provided for by the laws and is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation;
- Updating Peraxion user and customer information,
- Fulfilling requests from official institutions,
- Providing information to authorized organizations based on legislation,
- Ensuring compliance with retention obligations stipulated in the legislation,
- Responding to data subject applications in accordance with the legislation and carrying out necessary procedures.
Based on the legal ground that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right;
- Receiving, evaluating, and concluding your requests and complaints,
- Storing personal data for the general statute of limitations period to serve as evidence in possible future disputes.
To Whom and for What Purposes the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our suppliers from whom we receive services within the scope of our legitimate interest, our business partners, legally authorized public institutions, and legally authorized private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law, in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in Article 8 of the Law, for the purposes stated above.
Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically through the Peraxion website of our Company and/or via the registration you have made in our system, through e-mail, calls, or our WhatsApp lines, and through the relevant platform(s) due to your use of the Support Center platform, in accordance with the data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law.
Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the Law
We inform you that you have the following rights regarding your personal data under Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed,
- To request information if your personal data have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant law provisions, and to request that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you fill out the Application Form and submit it to our Company, our Company will conclude the request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request.
However, although this process is free of charge, if your request requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged by our Company according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
